Shipping and Returns

Every effort is made to deliver orders to the buyer on the date stated, the buyer acknowledges that elivery dates or times stated are an estimate only. Orders placed before 1.00pm we will despatch on that day (Mon to Fri excluding UK Public Holidays), Otherwise the item will be despatched the next working day.

If not at home:

  • If not at home and the item does not require a signature, the courier will leave a card notifying of the failed delivery attempt
  • This card will instruct customer to contact them to rearrange delivery
  • If the customer fails to contact the courier the parcel will be returned to us for which thee is a charge

UK Orders

Parcels up to 2 Kilograms and/or low value are sent using Hermes. Parcels of higher value are sent via Hermes (free to customer) or DPD Next Working Day (additional cost), and a signature will be required upon delivery. Please allow up to three working days for delivery, although often it will be much quicker.

Overseas Orders

Most overseas orders are sent via a courier service and a signature is required on delivery. Please note  batteries cannot be shipped outside the United Kingdom. Please allow up to 15 working days for deliveries to Europe.

Returns Policy

We always try to describe items as accurately and honestly as possible. However, if you believe that an item has been incorrectly listed or you are not completely satisfied, please contact us. If the issue cannot be resolved, simply return the item and we will refund your payment. Please note that in the case of any refund being granted the item must firstly be returned to us within 14 days, in the same condition that it was dispatched, We are not be liable for the cost of any return postage. Any fees incurred as a result of the transaction (e.g. 10% restocking fee) will also be deducted. Please also note that all electrical components are excluded and therefore not eligible for a refund.
